Why InspirAsian Dance? InspirAsian Dance are available to perform authentic, dazzling professional Bollywood dance throughout the whole of the South-West. We are the only professional dance company in Cornwall who present Indian Dance in a modern accessible way. We have our own unique style and interpretation of Bollywood dance which is part of our 'Modern Bollywood' performance routine. Thanks to our wonderfully diverse performers, our style is always growing and developing. With our collective experience of dance training in Contemporary, Street, Egyptian and Ballet, we have amalgamated it with Bollywood, Bhangra and Kathak. The outcome is hypnotic and vibrant, ideal for those who want to experience something new. There is something for everyone, from whatever background, ability, age or nationality.

 Our 'Classical Bollywood' is graceful, lyrical and enchanting and draws heavily from Kathak which is North Indian Classical Dance... Telling stories and drawing on the lyrics in the songs to add expression and meaning to the movements.
What to expect Our troupe of dancers perform to a range of songs, Punjabi MC remixed with Missy Elliot, Jai Ho, Twist, Balle Balle remix, Kajra Re, Aaja Nachle to name a few. We take the best bits of the songs and edit them together to form a 'medley'. We perform in a dazzling array of vibrant costumes complete with colourful scarves and glittering jewelery.Our choreography complements the costumes giving justice to the rich rhythms, instrumentals and lyrics expressed in the music. The performances, Modern Bollywood and Classical Bollywood, are each ten minutes long and require a costume change in between. Out & About Look out for us at local Festivals, Carnivals, Caberets and Community events. We love having a part to play in getting people together in the community.
