Explore exciting dynamic Bollywood Dance moves and learn choreographed routines! At the same time increasing fitness levels and gain confidence.

Each move is taught at the students pace, with clarity precision and lots of repetition. Yoga is incorporated into each session to energise the body. Our classes are friendly, informal and more importantly... a lot of fun!

Wear loose clothes (hareem trousers are perfect!) and bring a scarf if you have one, no shoes necessary. Please feel free to wear a Bindi, Bollywood make-up and/or a colourful outfit.

£20 for 5 sessions (BOOKING ESSENTIAL)
· Starts with a relaxing yet energising session of: Endrian Yoga, followed by InspirAsian Dance. · Practise elegant, lyrical movements which stretches the body creating harmony and balance as part of the warm-up. · Experience Classical ‘Mudra’ hands and dynamic Yoga postures in fluid-like sequences to free up energy.
· Gain confidence, co-ordination and flexibility. · Friendly atmosphere! Some dance/ fitness experience is preferable but not essential. If in doubt please attend a Tuesdays class in
